Recipe #2: Meatballs (from an Italian)

This recipe was on display on a bulletin board at my church and I decided to give it a try.

Honestly, I made these more than two years ago, just never got around to writing the post – so, I don’t remember a lot about how making them went, but I do remember being happy with how they turned out!

And, I remember taking this picture of one cut in half in my poorly lit kitchen late at night…
