Recipe #11: Honey Garlic Meatballs

Dinner time!

I gathered all the ingredients:

Turns out, I didn't have a bottle of ketchup, but I did have a bunch of packets - so I hoped there were enough to make the recipe (fingers crossed!)

For this recipe, I pulled out my Ulu knife for the first time since moving into this house - it makes mincing garlic so fast!

Mixing up the meatball mixture didn't get documented - but I did get a picture while in the oven:

While those were baking, it was time to see if the ketchup packets were up to the job:

Well, turns out I needed 3/4 of a cup - so, a little short!

I did some quick research and decided to substitute some tomato paste to make up the difference.

With that {tiny} alteration, I made the glaze:

Added the baked meatballs to the glaze:

Got them all coated:

I still had some potato puffs (freezing them was a great idea!) + some green beans = delicious meal!
