Dinner time!
I gathered all the ingredients:
Turns out, I didn't have a bottle of ketchup, but I did have a bunch of packets - so I hoped there were enough to make the recipe (fingers crossed!)
For this recipe, I pulled out my Ulu knife for the first time since moving into this house - it makes mincing garlic so fast!
Mixing up the meatball mixture didn't get documented - but I did get a picture while in the oven:
While those were baking, it was time to see if the ketchup packets were up to the job:
Well, turns out I needed 3/4 of a cup - so, a little short!
I did some quick research and decided to substitute some tomato paste to make up the difference.
With that {tiny} alteration, I made the glaze:
Added the baked meatballs to the glaze:
Got them all coated:
I still had some potato puffs (freezing them was a great idea!) + some green beans = delicious meal!
